How can I contact Luxe Beaute Bar?

Our Live Chat is the fastest form of communication which is located at the bottom right of our website. If you are ever visiting one of our social media channels you can also send a direct message and a team member will respond promptly.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@luxebeautebar.com so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we can not change the address that was originally provided.
I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?
Error messages are so pesky, aren’t they? If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.
